Finally found a pan that’s actually eighth-sheet sized, so my toaster oven doesn’t feel like it’s swallowing it whole. The aluminum heats up evenly for reheating a single slice of pizza, and it doubles as a neat little grill tray without warping. Exactly what I needed for small-batch cooking.
