Cardamom™ 3 Qt. Kasserolle med Lokk | Keramisk Belagt Kokeutstyr

Heats up evenly across the bottom, and the lid fits snug enough that I don't lose steam when simmering. The ceramic surface still looks spotless after a week of daily use, which honestly surprised me.

Heating is so even that my roux comes out silky every single time, and the lid seals tight enough that I barely need to stir. Cleanup is a quick wipe even after simmering tomato sauce for an hour. This one’s earned permanent counter space.

The ceramic coating on this saucepan makes cleanup ridiculously easy—even burnt cheese wipes right off with a sponge. The lid fits snugly, so simmering a small batch of chili doesn’t splatter everywhere. Perfect size for side dishes or single portions.
