Basalt 2 Piece 12" Sauté Skillet with Lid | Ceramic Coated Cookware

The ceramic coating releases everything I've thrown at it—eggs, sticky stir-fry, even burnt cheese—with just a wipe. Lid fits snug, so simmering sauces don't splatter all over the stovetop. My only gripe is the handle gets warm on high heat, but that's a small trade-off for how evenly this thing coo

I was honestly surprised by how lightweight this skillet feels despite the 12-inch size. That ceramic coating has handled everything from seared chicken to a slow simmer without a single stuck spot so far.

I’m genuinely surprised by how evenly the heat spreads across the 12" surface, and the ceramic coating makes cleanup a thirty-second wipe-down. The lid fits snugly, so simmering sauces don’t splatter, which I wasn’t expecting from a two-piece set.
