The ceramic coating really does live up to the nonstick promise — a scrambled egg slid right out with just a swipe of a paper towel. It heats evenly on my electric stove, and the 1.5 quart size is perfect for reheating soup or making a quick side of rice. Cleaning takes seconds, which is a huge win

I’ve been using this little saucepan almost daily for a few weeks now, and the ceramic coating still releases scrambled eggs like it’s brand new. At 1.5 quarts it’s just the right size for single servings or a quick sauce, and it heats up fast without sticking.

The ceramic coating is genuinely smooth—eggs slide right off with just a quick swirl of the pan. It heats evenly on my gas stove and cleans up in seconds, which makes it my go-to for small sauces and reheating leftovers.
